155 Pounds and Counting… (Momma Bird)

May 3, 2011

Here I go, I’m jumping in.

I’m a tad nervous.

This is me.

31 years living full & happy.

Losing someone very dear.

Gaining 2 beautiful kids.

Stressed over money and medical woes.

This is me.

Not quite accepting myself…

Yet enjoying life.

My body will never be my friend.

Not exactly a temple either…

It is what it is.

This is me.

Momma Bird, Amber in one word sums up everything I would say… “BEAUTIFUL!!!”
You have beauty on the inside, the way you posted and the strength to post. Inspiring, Beautiful…
You are beautiful outside as well. Two children brought into the world through a Beautiful body. In the eyes of your children I am sure you are a Goddess. So perhaps your body is more of a temple than you think.
Beautiful… inside and out… sounds right to me. Please let the BEAUTY that is YOURS be shared with your children, so that you can accept the BEAUTY that we all see, and your children will grow Beautiful inside and out as well.

Sorry about the length of this one.

You look like a curvy renaissance painting, voluptuous, lovely. I would love to have a shape like yours.

I second what Kat says. The first thing I thought when I saw your picture was “this is a thing of beauty, the stuff you see in renaissance paintings”. Enjoy your beauty.

Ok, I know you don’t need a man to tell you this…but you should know there are men that would find your body to be beautiful. I think you have a beautiful body. Besides, sexy/beautiful is just as much of an attitude as it is a physical trait.

You are absolutely amazing! Long ago this was the body most desired? Paintings of the past like magazines of today, Imperfection was desired, because natural beauty was the most beautiful thing on a woman. You have a secret treasure, smile while others try to change their bodies just to try to accept themselves. As long as you are healthy, you should be happy, and take much pride in such a beautiful masterpiece.

You look absolutely amazing! I can’t believe you don’t feel beautiful…. I don’t understand what you think your supposed to look like, America’s next top model? Or the images of what a woman Is supposed to look like portrayed on a tv show or a magazine? Oo plz. You look like a real life woman with a gorgeous body.
